Pastor Ray has been in ministry since 1977, and he and Carmel have been married for 41 years and has pastored churches for 29 years and traveled as evangelists for 11 years.
He and Carmel have three children:
Their oldest daughter currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri where she and her husband Mike are raising a son and a daughter.
Their son is a manager in the underwriting department of State Farm Insurance Company and lives and works in Texas.
Their youngest daughter is a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Nurses Corp. and is stationed on the East Coast.
In addition to serving as the Senior Pastor of Jubilee Community Church, Pastor Ray is also an insurance agent/owner of NWI Insurance in Victorville, and a partner in an Insurance office in Barstow. He specialize in Medicare products, health insurance, and workers compensation insurance.
